採用了由高木酒造獨家開發的米種 「酒未來」，打磨剩 40% 釀造而成。由於這款酒米產量有限，此酒款每年出產2次，實屬稀有作品。酒體柔和，熟果和蜜糖芳香，入口先帶粗獷後變柔和，餘韻悠長
